Accelerate Engineering Design with Greater Access to HPC

In the world of design engineering, deadlines rarely move. Even during a pandemic, there’s pressure to  maintain product release schedules. Many of our friends who use high performance computing (HPC) say that they are pressed to maintain schedules regardless of how much this crisis has limited their access to HPC.

Maintaining those product deadlines is important in protecting company revenue. But on a more personal level, keeping your business moving is important for paycheck stability. More broadly, we believe greater access to HPC can help the global economy.

To help you deal with the extra uncertainty in 2020, R Systems has teamed up with an amazing group of technology partners to make it easier than ever to access HPC. Titled Access HPC Now, this is a first-of-its-kind program to help you get easy access to the computing power you need, now.

As part of the program, R Systems and Parallel Works are leveraging their combined resources to offer a free trial of their HPC Access Portal called PWRS. The free trial allows users to experience how easy it is to access HPC from a desktop browser.

Our first application is CONVERGE for computational fluid dynamics (CFD). Parallel Works has created an optimized workflow where you can submit CFD jobs using the CONVERGE application. We hope many of our friends who are needing more HPC cycles take advantage of the free trial to test the power of CONVERGE on our solutions.

This solution is built on the proven technology of Dell Technologies and Intel HPC portfolio of products. The Dell platform based on Intel Xeon® scalable processors brings significant benefits for both on-prem and HPC-ready Cloud.

To apply for the free trial, please complete the form below – or email us at

Regardless, we wish everyone the best with the emotional ride of 2020. We share the weight of worry for the health and safety of family and friends.
