R-HPC powered by R Systems works closely with several Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), many of whom use our hardware to maximize their applications’ performance.

Acceleware develops and markets software acceleration products that bring unparalleled performance and speed to today’s most strenuous and challenging HPC compute and/or data-intensive demands. R Systems, in conjunction with Acceleware, offers powerful compute clusters for seismic modeling and testing to meet customer demands for faster research/product-development cycles when researchers are involved in more complex projects.

R Systems teams with ANSYS to help clients solve their most demanding research and modeling challenges, offering solutions to complex workflows for multiple industry sectors. We work closely with ANSYS to ensure that their engineering simulation software is optimized on our latest cluster configurations, designed to run production environments where throughput is critical.

CD-adapco is the world’s largest independent CFD-focused CAE provider. Its core products are the technology-leading simulation packages, STAR-CCM+ and STAR-CD, as well as a wide range of CAE engineering services in fluid dynamics, heat transfer, and structural engineering. R-HPC often partners with CD-adapco to utilize their design software with our powerful HPC configurations to produce some of the most compelling and industry-leading research being done today. Fortune 500 companies have taken advantage of this partnership to produce meaningful results within their own research programs.

Converge CFD Software

Founded in Madison, Wisconsin, Convergent Science, Inc. is a world leader in computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software. Its flagship product, CONVERGE, includes groundbreaking technology that eliminates the user-defined mesh, fully couples the automated mesh and the solver at runtime, and automatically refines the mesh when and where it is needed. CONVERGE is revolutionizing the CFD industry and shifting the paradigm toward predictive CFD.

R Systems and Dell have joined forces to deliver HPC solutions for Dell’s HPC Cloud Services. Dell, utilizing R Systems’ cluster resources, addresses on-demand provisioning of cloud-based computing to service processing spikes that surpass local HPC capacity. Through our partnership, we leverage our discrete operational services that employ a global framework delivery model to meet client cost, availability, and proximity requirements. Our team of technology and service professionals use shared skill sets to design, operate, and streamline multi-platform, multi-vendor HPC environments.

Our ongoing relationship with Intel allows for a collaboration of testing and performance benchmarking of the latest Intel processors. We apply these results in planning and designing future R Systems infrastructure. Intel receives immediate feedback from R Systems on performance characteristics and processing speeds achieved on-site at R Systems.

R Systems’ high performance computational resources, combined with Intelligent Light’s FieldView post-processing software, provides clients an innovative tool suite for maximum productivity. Our arrangement with Intelligent Light gives FieldView users immediate access to flexible computing capacity and the ability to scale up using parallel processing or scale out with concurrent batch processing to meet capacity needs during peak loads, special projects, or tight deadlines. Intelligent Light’s FieldView application is a key enabler for CFD users wishing to leverage resources via R-HPC.

Kove, a leading high performance storage vendor, produces the storage industry’s highest-density, highest performance memory drives. The next generation Kove Xpress Memory Disk is a continuation of their leadership in high performance storage. R Systems teams with Kove to test and benchmark performance levels of their latest equipment on R Systems’ resources.

R Systems teams with Microsoft to offer HPC Workbook, a subscriber-based on-demand cloud service that gives Internet-connected Windows® desktop users the ability to load and run Excel 2010-based complex modeling workbooks in parallel on R Systems’ HPC clusters – powered by Windows® HPC Server 2008 R2.

Nimbis Services brings an innovative technical computing marketplace to the cloud computing industry, offering a suite of brokerage and e-commerce web services that connects clients with R Systems’ computing resources.
